The Roman Agora (Roman Forum) was built by Augustus and Julian Caesar
between 19 and 11 B.C. Important historical monuments on the site include
the following:
- Gate of Athena Archegetis (seen to the right of the palm tree)
- East Propylon
- Agoranomion
- Public Latrines (Vespasianae)
The Roman Agora is located in the Monastiriki district of Athens Greece.
